Refund Policy

Refund and Replacement Policy- 

We do not offer refunds/replacements on products if there is a change of mind, item is different to customers expectations or if your pets do not utilise the product. 

Please note our treats are natural with no preservatives, additives or fillers therefore can have odour, mess and range in shape/size and colour.  

If there is a fault with the product please contact us within 14 days. Once product is confirmed to be faulty due to a reason other than from misuse from customer we will provide a refund or exchange of the same product.

If your parcel is missing please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for us to lodge a claim with the courier and find a solution.
