The transition pack is designed to give you an indication of how your cat will take to the new diet. Some cats take to it immediately and some can take months. Do not be discouraged if it does not all happen within a few days. Patience and persistence is key

Raw Meow Mix Transition packs are available for our Adult and Kitten Raw Meow Mix formulas. You will receive two 10gm packs of powder and one 30gm pack of Chicken Crumble to be used as a topper. Detailed instructions for mixing, storing and feeding of the transition pack will also be included
